Time Line Project

Create a time line of your life. It must include at least eight events in chronological order. Make sure to include dates/ years, photos, cutouts, and/or drawings. I am looking for creative projects! If you are using a poster board, please use a regular size poster board. You could be as creative as you like to display your life, it does not have to be a poster. This project will help me to know you better!

Absences: Must send a note or call office to excuse the child. Work is made up after the child returns.

Agendas need to be signed by parent/guardian every week night.  No late assignments will be received.

Incomplete homework will be marked in the agenda.

Weekly graded papers/ Biweekly Friday folders with grade sheet.

Snack is at 11:00am. Lunch should be paid in advance whenever possible.

Welcome to Mrs. Ortiz 5^th Grade Class!

I am very excited to be your/ your child homeroom teacher this 2010-2011 year!

This is a very exciting year since it’s your/ your child last year at Manatee Bay Elementary school!

There are a lot of fun things we will be doing as well as prepare you/your child for Middle School.

So in order to provide you/ your child with the best educational experience this year you/ your child will be departmentalizing classes for academic subjects.
